What is included in the promotion?
The promotional rings are priced at AUD $0. Delivery is charged separately. Pick your design and US size, then check the full order total before completing checkout.
Do all rings have the same size range?
Yes. Each design offers whole US sizes 2–14. A sizing table appears in every product description, with more guidance on our Size Guide.
Where can I find the shipping cost?
Our Delivery page lists the three weight tiers. Checkout shows the service available for your address and the applicable charge.
Can an order be adjusted?
Send your order number and the requested change as soon as you can. We will check its progress and let you know whether an adjustment is still possible.
How do I report an issue?
Email us with your order number and a description of what happened. If the concern is visible, include clear photos and keep the packaging while we help.
